We mix your brand colour as its own ink and run it next to the four process colours on our 7+1 Heidelberg. It matches your Pantone reference instead of being built from dots.

Sharp type on every box
Our Speedmaster CD 102 holds each ink in position at up to 15,000 sheets an hour. Small print, barcodes and fine logos stay crisp from the first sheet to the last.
03 · In-house finishing
Foil, emboss and spot UV in one building
Lamination, foil stamping, embossing and spot UV run in our print house on the same job as the print, so every finish lines up with the artwork.

Spot colours are run on the press and checked against your standard. Send Pantone references with the artwork.
Do you do windowed boxes?
Yes. Die-cut windows with film patching.

How a box order works
- 01
Send your spec
Product size, quantity and artwork. We reply with a structure, a board and a price.
- 02
Test the white sample
We cut a plain white sample from your dieline, so you check the fit with your real product before we make a plate.
- 03
Sign the printed sample
We print a sample on production board. Once you sign it, it is the standard for your whole order.
- 04
Press, camera and lab
Our Heidelberg presses print the run, the camera line checks sheets against your signed sample and the lab tests colour, barcodes and sizes before packing.
