What sizes do padded mailers come in?
Fully custom. Send product dimensions and fragility and we spec inner size, bubble gauge and seal width.
Are they recyclable?
Film plus bubble is usually a single polymer family, but check the exact structure. We state per-spec recyclability on the quote.

Our film plant prints and converts your bags on 13 machines that turn out more than 20 tonnes of film a day.
