Pick the structure first
The structure sets the board, the tooling and about half of your unit price. You choose the finish after.

Not sure which structure? Send us the product, its weight and a photo of a box you like. We send back a structure, a board and a white sample before you pay for any print.
From spec to delivery
How a box order works
- 01
Send your spec
Product size, quantity and artwork. We reply with a structure, a board and a price.
- 02
Test the white sample
We cut a plain white sample from your dieline, so you check the fit with your real product before we make a plate.
- 03
Sign the printed sample
We print a sample on production board. Once you sign it, it is the standard for your whole order.
- 04
Press, camera and lab
Our Heidelberg presses print the run, the camera line checks sheets against your signed sample and the lab tests colour, barcodes and sizes before packing.

How a mailer order works

Send your spec
Bag size, film, quantity and artwork. We reply with the gauge, print colours and a price.
- 02
Approve the proof
You approve a printed proof on the actual film before we run the order, so you judge your colours on the real surface.
- 03
We make the bags
Our film plant prints and converts your bags on 13 machines that turn out more than 20 tonnes of film a day.
- 04
One shipment
Your mailers travel with your boxes and supplies, so you pay one freight bill.

How minimum orders work
We quote the price at several quantities, so you see where the unit cost drops.
Printed boxes
Set by structure and finish
Board grade, structure and finish set the minimum. A foil-stamped rigid box and a one-colour carton price very differently.
Supplies
Priced by roll or pallet
Labels, tape, bubble roll and cartons are priced by the roll or the pallet and ship with your order.

Freight comes once your carton sizes and weights are fixed, at that week's rates. No guessed shipping costs.
