In our film plant's own test, the bag is stretched hard over a leg and a high-heeled shoe, and the film does not tear.

02 · Virgin film

Even gauge, clean seals

We use new PE/PO compound, never regrind. Even gauge gives you clean seals, sharp print and fewer jams on automatic bagging lines.

03 · Print

Up to eight colours on the bag

We print up to eight colours straight onto the film. Your logo and brand colour sit on the bag itself, not on a sticker.

Why is it called embossed?

The film has a raised, embossed texture. It is plastic film, not metal.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Stock samples are quick because the sizes already exist. A printed proof is required before any bulk run.

The twenty listed above, in centimetres. Anything between them is made to order.

    Bag size, film, quantity and artwork. We reply with the gauge, print colours and a price.

    Approve the proof

    You approve a printed proof on the actual film before we run the order, so you judge your colours on the real surface.

  3. 03

    We make the bags

    Our film plant prints and converts your bags on 13 machines that turn out more than 20 tonnes of film a day.

  4. 04

    One shipment

    Your mailers travel with your boxes and supplies, so you pay one freight bill.
