Why ours

What you get with this box

01 · Sample first

A white sample before any print

We cut a plain white sample from your dieline on our sample table. You test the fit with your real product before we make a single plate.

02 · Rigid forming

Square corners and tight wraps

Our forming line wraps and presses lid-and-base boxes by machine, then our team fits the inserts by hand. Corners stay square and the wrap stays tight.

03 · In-house finishing

Foil, emboss and spot UV in one building

Lamination, foil stamping, embossing and spot UV run in our print house on the same job as the print, so every finish lines up with the artwork.

Included

What comes with every order

  • The product is visible and touchable before the sleeve comes off
  • Sleeve keeps the tray closed in transit without tape or a seal
  • Ribbon pull or finger notch, selected on the sample
  • Works for retail pegboard when the sleeve carries a hang tab
  • Inserts hold loose accessories so the tray does not rattle

Questions

Before you order

How tight should the sleeve be?

Tight enough that it does not fall off, loose enough that it does not jam. That is a sampling decision: we cut the white sample, you try it, and the clearance is fixed from there.

Can the tray be glued instead of folded?

Yes. A glued rigid tray holds heavier products and keeps square corners; a folded tray is cheaper and ships flat.

Do you do a window in the sleeve?

Yes, with film patching. Send the artwork with the window position marked.

From spec to delivery

How a box order works

  1. 01

    Send your spec

Product size, quantity and artwork. We reply with a structure, a board and a price.

  2. 02

    Test the white sample

We cut a plain white sample from your dieline, so you check the fit with your real product before we make a plate.

  3. 03

    Sign the printed sample

We print a sample on production board. Once you sign it, it is the standard for your whole order.

  4. 04

    Press, camera and lab

Our Heidelberg presses print the run, the camera line checks sheets against your signed sample and the lab tests colour, barcodes and sizes before packing.
