Questions
Before you order
Can you build the foam cavity for us?
Yes. Send the device, its accessories and the retail carton dimensions. We cut an EVA or flocked-blister cavity and ship a trial fit before the print run.
How do you stop the black boxes scuffing?
A matte or soft-touch laminate over the print, plus a check on fold lines and corners. Where a box ships without an outer carton we quote a higher board grade instead.
Can the same box work for retail and e-commerce?
Usually. The retail version adds a hang tab or window; the e-commerce version drops it and adds a self-lock base so it can be packed without an outer mailer.
What about certification marks on gaming electronics?
CE, UKCA, FCC and recycling marks are printed from your artwork. We do not invent or redraw regulatory marks. Send the approved artwork file.

How a box order works

Send your spec
Product size, quantity and artwork. We reply with a structure, a board and a price.
- 02
Test the white sample
We cut a plain white sample from your dieline, so you check the fit with your real product before we make a plate.
- 03
Sign the printed sample
We print a sample on production board. Once you sign it, it is the standard for your whole order.
- 04
Press, camera and lab
Our Heidelberg presses print the run, the camera line checks sheets against your signed sample and the lab tests colour, barcodes and sizes before packing.
